The yoga studio is located on the second floor and has complimentary mats for you to use in the studio so you never have to worry about bringing your own. Go on a 3D Virtual Tour of the lounge, rooftop patio, and gym at building 3 of The Grand off 45th. This new building offers studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom upscale apartments with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, a private walkout patio or balcony, walk-in closets and so much more. Not only does this new building offer a lounge, rooftop patio, and gym, but it also features underground parking, a pet washing station, and two story lobby. This building is the third installment in The Grand off 45th community. The first two buildings include a dog park, community room, fitness center, and outdoor patio with firepits.
