COVID-19 Updates

At Prairie Property Management, we are closely following the situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and our priority continues to be the health, safety, and wellbeing of our customers and employees. In an effort to keep communities healthy and safe, please note the following:

• Per Governor Walz, all Moorhead community amenities (fitness centers, clubrooms, etc.) will be closed until further notice. Community amenities in other cities will remain open for the time being.
• When using workout equipment, please sanitize before and after use.
• If you are able to pay your rent online, please do so.
• All Prairie Property Management employees have been educated on best practices recommended by the CDC and are taking extra steps to keep offices clean.

As always, we are available by phone or email. While we can, we will continue to hold tours and fulfill maintenance requests.

In addition to in-person tours, we are offering video tours by appointment. You may also visit our Virtual Tour Library to view properties 24/7.
