Updated COVID-19 Guidelines for Prairie Property Management Visitors

Our current guidelines are based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) coronavirus disease (COVID-19), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommendations, and the ND Smart Business Pledge. Adherence to these best practices will allow us to keep our doors open to meet with clients with consideration for the health and well-being of everyone.

We require all who enter our offices to wear a mask over both the nose and mouth to protect others.

  • COVID-19 is a form of influenza, which is spread through the respiratory system(i.e., nose and mouth)
  • Masks may help prevent people who have COVID-19 from spreading the virus to others. This is especially important because people who do have the virus may not have any symptoms.
  • The CDC recommends the use of masks, with the exception of children under the age of 2 and those with underlying health conditions.
  • If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one for you.
  • We do ask that you fill out the Prairie Property Management Visitor Policy and Acknowledgement when you arrive.

We encourage the practice of physical distancing to help prevent the spread of the virus.

  • The CDC recommends a safe distance between individuals to avoid contact with this airborne virus.
  • Guidance for visiting with our staff has been redesigned for physical distancing.

We encourage the use of good hand hygiene practices.

  • The CDC recommends hand washing with soap and water for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of the virus.
  • Hand washing is important-especially after and before-eating and/or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • Hand sanitizer can be found in the office when you arrive.

We adhere to cleaning and disinfecting practices throughout the office to maintain a safe space.

  • Prairie Property Management cleaning protocols follow CDC guidelines and include cleaning and disinfecting touched surfaces.

We look forward to your visit, but if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days we ask you to contact our office. We can reschedule your visit or conduct a visit through other means.

COVID-19 symptoms may include, but are not limited to cough, fever, headache, fatigue, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, repeated shaking with chills, new loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, diarrhea, and/or muscle or body aches.

We strive to continue to provide the highest and best level of competent and compassionate services to family members by any possible means.
