6 Parks You Should Visit this Spring & Summer

With warmer temps in the forecast we all have an itch to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. We have created a list of 6 of our favorite parks in the Fargo-Moorhead community that offer a variety of things to do for all ages.

Trails at Stonemill Park, Moorhead MN

Moorhead is home to so many great parks, but one of our favorites is the Trails at Stonemill Park right off of Bluestem Drive. This park features a basketball court, picnic tables, playground equipment and ice skating rinks during the winter months.

Trails at Stonemill Park is located near Prairie Property Management’s Stonemill Pond Community.  

 

Rendezvous Park, West Fargo, ND

If you like to have a wide variety for a park, Rendezvous in West Fargo is for you! This park has something for everyone including baseball and softball fields, basketball courts, disc golf, grills, volleyball courts, playground equipment, shelters and picnic tables, and many other great amenities for all ages!

Brandt Crossing Park, Fargo ND

You might know this park if you have a furry friend in your life! Brandt Crossing Park has so many amenities that anyone can enjoy including a basketball court, a dog park, a playground, recreational trails, and a shelter with picnic tables.

Covering 2 acres, the dog park has a lot of space for your furry friend to run around and play – it is even split into 2 sections for larger and smaller dogs.

 

Maple Ridge Park, West Fargo, ND

Maple Ridge Park is located near Prairie Property Management’s Maple Ridge Community. At Maple Ridge Park you will find access to grills, nearby biking paths, picnic shelters and an awesome playground for the young ones.

Shadow Wood Splash Pad and Park, West Fargo, ND

The Shadow Wood Splash Pad and Park is unlike any other park in the area and is the perfect spot to cool off on super hot days. Not only does the park offer a splash pad, but it also features fitness equipment along the walking trails, basketball courts, picnic shelters, and a playground!

Shadow Wood Splash Pad and Park is located within walking distance to Prairie Property Management’s Shadow Wood Townhomes.

Dakota Park, West Fargo, ND

Dakota Park in West Fargo offers a large playground with lots to do! The park also features picnic shelters, an ice rink, baseball/softball fields, and walking paths.
